from the thumbnail, I though it was a girl... but that's not a problem, is it? I like the shading, I think it's very well and smoothly done. the beard look stunningly realistic, really. perhaps adding a tinge of green in it would give it even more realism I think. you could have worked on the neck more, It kinda looks flat. it lacks the adam apple if I'm not wrong. overall, great work.
